Danotherm supplies reinforced versions used as Fault Ride Through Power Dump Resistors for Wind Turbines and standard versions used in industrial power applications, where capacity for large impulse loads compared to average load is required.
Danotherm has developed Thermal Simulation corresponding to all resistor types and resistor values. By using these models we are able to calculate the temperature rises in the resistor wire and on the surface for all possible load applications. We assist our customers in finding the optimum solution for any need and situation.
