Balancing / Decharcing Resistors

Balancing Resistors are controlling and dividing the voltage distribution across capacitors.

De-Charging resistors are used in connection with capacity banks to de-charge the capacitors within a specified time to a certain voltage level after disconnecting the capacitors from the voltage supply.

Wirewound type HSF or HSD or Thichfilm type HSCC or HSAC Heat Sink Resistors are sutable for this application.

The thick film types should be prefered when close tolerance is required.
