Load Banks

Load Banks are assemblies of resistor components capable of carrying a specific load. The type of load can be anything from short pulse load to steady state loads from few kW to MW size.

Danotherm can supply different type of resistors, air cooled or water cooled.

Smaller air cooled types consist of Ceramic Wirewound Resistors or Alpha Resistors.

Large air cooled types can be Tera resistors.

Ohmega types are normally water cooled types lige the V14 types shown but large air cooled OHMEGA load banks are ofte supplied if the energy can be used as teating in air condition systems.
